Get the official build of Hostcraft Desk for your Windows machine. The download button gives the setup program (about 34 MB), not the portable .exe. No account is needed to run the agent immediately.

  1. Click the download button to save the installer file to your local computer.
  2. Compare the SHA-256 checksum of the downloaded file with the published manifest.
  3. Run the setup program and if SmartScreen warns, use More info > Run anyway only after the checksum matches.
  4. Open the app, connect a model, and choose the project folder for your work.
Before you begin

You do not need an account to run the agent. A cloud AI provider's own terms apply. The app runs locally without telemetry.

System requirements

Hostcraft Desk runs on Windows 10 or 11 with x64 architecture. You need a stable internet connection for cloud models. Local models require sufficient RAM and CPU power.

Automatic updates

The app shows an Update button when a new version is ready. Click it to download and install the latest release directly.

Verify the checksum

Run this command in Windows to verify the file integrity. Compare the output with the published manifest to ensure the download is correct.
